What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise clients, ensuring their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Creative) to execute campaigns.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to strategic growth.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional service.
Who You Are
- A natural relationship-builder with stellar communication skills (written/verbal).
- Some experience with account services and digital marketing
- Hungry to learn – You geek out on digital marketing trends and client success.
- Detail-obsessed – You never drop the ball and love optimizing processes.
- Proactive problem-solver – You anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, paid media, or franchise marketing.
