EverCommerce is looking for a Partner Program Associate to join our Business Development and Partnership team.  In this role, you’ll provide tactical support, direction on the implementation of partnerships and provide key reporting metrics for leadership

 

Responsibilities: 

  • In conjunction with Business Operations, manage our Salesforce Partnership instance ensuring partner data, contracts, opportunities, contacts and other details are accurate and regularly updated.
  • Work across the portfolio to develop best practices within the partnership ecosystem to ensure the accuracy and validity of customer acquisition, revenue, attribution, and other important metrics key to the success of the business unit.
  • Grow a deep understanding of the home services industries and the unique qualities of each partner program and their requirements.
  • Track performance of new and existing programs, and cross-sell opportunities for subsidiaries to report on revenue goals and KPIs (key performance indicators).  
  • Create comprehensive quarterly reports for key partners, highlighting relevant metrics, performance and growth opportunities
  • Develop and update PowerBI dashboards for data visualization of customer acquisition metrics for new and existing customers
  • Track our partner NPS bi-annually, building and sending out our survey to our partners.
  • Oversee and maintain the EverCommerce partner portal ensuring that content is updated, new partners are seamlessly onboarded in the portal  
  • Working with BD leadership you will create, update, and maintain documentation for the Business Development team including processes, best practices and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee the legal contract tracking process for partner agreements, ensuring contracts are reviewed, signed and uploaded to the proper locations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the partner program process though continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Crossbeam to compare customer lists with internal solutions and strategic partners enabling the Business Development leaders to create strategies based on collected data.
  • Write and publish the Business Development quarterly newsletter and manage the Business Development internal page including partner submission forms

 

Skills and experience needed for success in this role: 

 

  • 1-3 years of B2B program management or client success, preferably with a SaaS company and/or in the home services space. 
  • Tactful and resilient in challenging situations, analytical in solving problems, and innovative in evaluating new opportunities for continuous improvement and improved efficiencies. 
  • You have a positive attitude when working with both partners and internal stakeholders 
  • You are a strategic thinker with an ability to use data to make informed decisions.  
  • Organized, thoughtful, proactive, and self-motivated. 
  • You have a natural desire to learn and keep up with an industry that is always evolving and can easily adapt to change 
  • You are an excellent communicator who can navigate tough conversations and are comfortable speaking to managers and executives both externally and internally 
  • You have a proven track record of maintaining and improving processes
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Asana and Salesforce 
  • 10% travel required; in Q1 and Q3 

 

Where:  
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you are close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
