ABOUT THE ROLE

TENEX.AI MDR is building world-class experiences — from flagship tradeshows and executive roundtables to original podcast episodes and high-converting webinars. We're looking for an Events, Podcasts & Webinars Intern who thrives on bringing big ideas to life through flawless execution and compelling programming.

You'll sit at the center of how TENEX.AI connects with its audience — in rooms, on screens, and in earbuds. This is an execution + production role with real ownership, real visibility, and real deliverables that will define your early marketing career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Event Planning & Execution

• Support end-to-end event planning for tradeshows, executive dinners, customer programs, and hosted experiences

• Coordinate logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, staffing plans, run-of-show, and onsite execution

• Assist with event registration, materials, swag, and setup

• Support VIP and executive meeting programs including scheduling and briefing documents

• Manage pre- and post-event outreach and CRM tracking (Salesforce / HubSpot)

Podcast Production & Management

• Coordinate end-to-end podcast episode production — guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, recording logistics

• Support script preparation, show notes, and episode descriptions

• Liaise with audio/video editors and manage production timelines

• Manage podcast publishing and distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc.)

• Track listener metrics and audience engagement to inform future programming

Webinar & Virtual Events

Coordinate webinar production from concept to post-event follow-up — speaker prep, registration pages, run-of-show

• Support platform management (Zoom, ON24, or equivalent) including tech rehearsals and live moderation

• Own attendee communications: invitations, reminders, confirmation emails, and post-event recaps

• Assist with repurposing webinar content into clips, blog posts, and social assets

• Track registrant and attendance data and report on pipeline impact

Reporting & Program Insights

Track event, podcast, and webinar performance (attendance, leads, pipeline, engagement)

• Build post-event recaps and present findings and recommendations to the team

• Maintain program calendars, speaker databases, and event documentation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication — you can brief an executive or write a compelling invite with equal ease

• Genuine enthusiasm for live experiences, digital media, and audience engagement

• Comfort with tools like Zoom, Eventbrite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

• A proactive, ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what needs to happen

• Bonus: Podcast editing experience, event coordination background, or video production skills

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

End-to-end experience producing events, webinars, and a podcast from the ground up

• Exposure to how experiential marketing drives pipeline and brand equity

• Experience working with executives, external speakers, and cross-functional teams

• Direct mentorship from senior marketing leadership

• A standout portfolio of programs you helped create and launch

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Thrives on logistics AND creative programming — no detail is too small, no idea too big

• Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change (because they will)

• Curious about cybersecurity, AI, and the B2B technology landscape

• Energized by both behind-the-scenes planning and live execution moments

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Media Production, PR, or related field

• Experience with campus events, club programming, podcasting, or broadcast media is a strong plus

• Open to other majors with demonstrated event, content, or production experience

As the centerpiece of your internship, you'll own and present a comprehensive Event & Content Program Strategy — spanning our full portfolio of live, virtual, and audio experiences.

You'll Build:

• A strategic event plan covering flagship tradeshows, executive experiences, and hosted programs through Spring 2027

• A webinar series roadmap — topic selection, speaker topics, cadence, and demand generation integration

• A podcast programming strategy — episode themes, guest targeting, promotion plan, and growth tactics

• Recommendations on where to invest (format mix, audience targeting, channel priorities)

• An integrated measurement framework — pipeline impact, attendance trends, audience growth, and ROI

You'll Present:
