Looking for a fantastic early career opportunity in digital marketing and communications?
We are looking for a hard-working and dynamic Events Support Coordinator Intern to help implement our events activities across Northern Europe. Within this role, the successful candidate will support and activate local and regional events programs working closely with the Customer Unit (CU) Marketing Manager and Communications Manager. You'll be supporting the delivery of key initiatives that drive awareness, perception and demand generation for the Ericsson brand in our region and support our local customer units to deliver against our business objectives.
As the customer events support coordinator, you will support the team by ensuring that events, campaigns and engagement programs are well organized, delivered, managed and supported. This includes the management of meetings actions and administration needs set out by the marketing team.
You'll get the opportunity to
- Work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and Communications Manager to help plan, run and support with the delivery of any customer physical and/or hybrid/digital events.
- Create and send out all pre-event documentation and materials, ensuring high standards are always met.
- Keep the company CRM up to date at all times with relevant information, helping to manage invitation and attendance.
- Support the continues communication with all stakeholder departments to ensure all results are met.
- Reporting of key digital metrics such as leads, contacts, click-to-open rates and content engagement across owned channels
- General administration duties as required to support the Customer Marketing Manager.
Key skills
- A student or freshly graduate from a University within Marketing or Business Studies.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of digital marketing & communications.
- Outstanding organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Exceptional teammate, with the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of events.
- Sound IT skills (MS Office).
- A degree or qualification in Events is desirable but not essential.
- Good IT skills, including MS Office.
