We are looking for an Events PR & Media Senior Brand Manager for a fixed-term, ideally starting mid-September for a 9-month assignment. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

  • You will drive the creation and global rollout of innovative PR campaigns and associated events, helping strengthen brand visibility, reputation and consistency across key markets.
  • You will raise awareness of iconic brands across our whisky, cognac and rum portfolio, such as Royal Salute, Midleton Very Rare, Aberlour, Martell and Havana Club, through impactful external communication plans.
  • You will work closely with brand teams, affiliates, PR and event agencies to develop creative concepts, press materials, storytelling content, digital assets and memorable brand experiences.
  • You will lead end-to-end brand events, from strategic concept to flawless execution, ensuring each activation drives visibility, engagement and brand equity.
  • You will create global PR guidelines, toolkits and best practices, then support their rollout across markets to ensure a clear and consistent brand message.
  • You will monitor campaign performance through defined KPIs, share learnings and identify opportunities to improve future activations.
  • You will support PR and events budget coordination, tracking expenses and contributing to accurate reporting.
  • You may coordinate one intern, supporting their day-to-day contribution to projects and ensuring smooth collaboration within the team.

  • You have around 8 years of professional experience in PR, communications and/or events, ideally gained in an international environment.
  • You have a strong PR and events background, with proven experience managing international campaigns and small-to-large scale events from strategy to execution.
  • You have excellent project leadership skills and know how to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including marketing teams, agencies and affiliates.
  • You are autonomous, organized and results-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.
  • You are comfortable making decisions, adapting to changing priorities and moving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are fluent in English and able to collaborate with international teams; French is a plus.
  • You graduated from a business school, communication school or university, and you bring both strategic thinking and a hands-on mindset.
