We believe that flawless execution is what elevates a good event into an exceptional experience, and we are looking for an Events Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our flagship events.
In this role, you will own the systems, processes, and end-to-end fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and attendee registration, ensuring a seamless and scalable experience. Working closely with Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, and Production teams, you will lead the execution of revenue-aligned operations that bring our industry-leading events to the next level.
What You’ll DoSponsorship Operations & Fulfillment- Own the operational planning and execution of all sponsor deliverables
- Translate sponsorship agreements into clear execution plans and timelines
- Manage booth logistics, sponsor activations, assets collection, and on-site requirements
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sponsors
- Ensure all sponsor benefits are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
- Build scalable processes and documentation to support year-over-year growth
- Own and manage event registration platforms (example: Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Design and maintain registration flows, ticket structures, and system configurations
- Oversee attendee data management, segmentation, reporting, and data accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing to align registration setup with campaign strategies
- Lead on-site registration operations and check-in workflows
- Track and report on sponsorship revenue fulfillment and registration KPIs
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
- Identify process gaps and proactively improve workflows
- Ensure alignment across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production teams
- 4+ years of experience in event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or commercial event operations
- Hands-on experience managing event registration systems
