Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an Events Marketing Manager who is passionate about the Wise Mission - Money without borders. You’ll be a part of the Wise Platform team, leading impactful projects in order to expand our growing list of global partners, helping us deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers across the APAC region. This role is based in our Singapore office.
Wise Platform is one of the product teams at Wise which empowers banks, fintechs and enterprises to build global payments solutions through their own channels. Wise Platform already powers international payments for some of the world’s largest banks and platforms, including Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered, Google Pay, Ramp, Brex and Monzo.
What’s the role?
The Wise Platform team has seen significant growth in the last few years, boasting a number of well-known household brands as partners. You’ll need to apply your experience of working with global teams to develop and execute local marketing strategies, measurement and GTM materials. You’ll need to be comfortable in solving challenges and establishing ways of working. You won’t have to do this alone, as you’ll be supported by our wider team of global Marketing experts.
Day-to-day, your primary focus will be to lead Wise Platform's regional event marketing activities for APAC - running large-scale owned and third-party events, and leading and setting up other locally owned events.
You will work cross-functionally with Global Wise Platform Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Design, Product and other teams to drive top of the funnel and ongoing engagement with partners at different stages of the sales cycle. Your efforts will directly impact our revenue growth by enabling our commercial teams to sell more, better and faster.

Track, analyse and report on event performance against defined KPIs (e.g., leads generated, pipeline influenced, attendance, engagement)
Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales to set and ensure event objectives are met and Sales teams are fully enabled for pre- and post-event activities
Train and brief Sales team on event objectives, messaging and lead qualification processes
End-to-End Event Logistics & Execution:
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, all vendor negotiation and management, swag and other collateral orders, and registration platforms and event communications
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Executive Leadership) to secure speakers, content, and participation
Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
Ensure seamless on-site execution, acting as the primary point of contact for all event-related matters
Project management - drive the end-to-end project management process by maintaining a centralised "source of truth" for all events, this includes tracking all open items, defining clear ownership and delegation areas across cross-functional teams and managing rigorous timelines to ensure every next step is executed on schedule
About You:
Experience in running and managing events
Having managed and owned event pipeline and event-engagement, lead-management in the past
You’re a confident communicator able to speak to colleagues and partners with conviction and clarity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset
