As the Watches and Fine Events Manager at Chanel Hong Kong, you will serve as the strategic architect and operational driving force behind our elevated brand experiences. Anchored in our pursuit of ultimate luxury, aesthetic excellence, and exceptional craftsmanship, this role translates global event visions into resonant, locally impactful activations.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, you will lead end-to-end event planning, stakeholder orchestration, budget management, and vendor partnerships. By fostering cross-divisional alignment and collaborating closely with Client, Retail, Communications, and Visual Merchandising teams, you will ensure every experience reflects Chanel’s iconic heritage while driving meaningful engagement and measurable ROI.

What you will bring

  • Professional Background: Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines, with 6 to 8+ years of event strategy and project management experience in the luxury sector (exposure to Watches & Fine Jewelry strongly preferred).

  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Proven track record in budget control, investment monitoring, vendor negotiations, and post-event KPI/ROI analysis.

  • Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, presenting to, and aligning a broad network of senior stakeholders and external partners.

  • Execution Mastery: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with demonstrated ability to deliver flawless, high-stakes events in high-pressure environments.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 6 to 8+ years of event strategy and project management experience in the luxury sector
  • Experience with Watches and Fine Jewelry
  • Proven budget control and investment monitoring experience
  • Vendor negotiation experience
  • Post-event KPI and ROI analysis experience
