As an Events Manager Senior Associate within the Digital Signage and Employee Engagement team within Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will execute and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality employee events and activations at 270 Park. In addition, you will manage day-to-day logistics, serve as a key operational partner for both Employee Activations and the JPMC Talks global program.
Job responsibilities
• Manage event logistics end-to-end for 270 Park activations and JPMC Talks
• Translate goals into detailed project plans , timelines, task lists, and day-of run-of-show documents.
• Provide operational support for JPMC Talks , including speaker coordination, scheduling, rehearsal support, room setup, green room needs, and on-site speaker experience.
• Own key execution workstreams , such as room booking, floor plans , load-in/load-out, staffing, registration/check-in, accessibility considerations, and attendee flow
• Ensure flawless on-site delivery , including day-of troubleshooting, stakeholder updates, and real time issue resolution.
• Explore practical ways to use AI to improve speed and consistency (e.g., drafting run-of-show documents, checklists, comms templates, post-event summaries).
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• 5+ years of strong event operations and logistics management , with the ability to run multiple workstreams and timelines in parallel.
• Detail-oriented execution , with consistent follow-through and quality control.
• Clear communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams .
• Production readiness mindset , anticipating needs for AV, staging, timing, staffing, and attendee experience.
• Fast problem-solving under pressure , especially during live events. • Service-oriented approach , delivering a strong employee and partner experience.
• Working knowledge of event tools , such as registration platforms, attendee communications tools, and virtual/hybrid support where needed.
