The Role: 

We are looking for an Events Management Officer to join our growing team and help plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional events. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including strategic and corporate events, CSR initiatives, team-building activities, and celebrations. If you are highly organised, creative, and passionate about bringing events to life from concept to execution, we would love to hear from you.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, CSR initiatives, team-building activities, workshops, and internal celebrations
  • Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, and on-site requirements to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Assist in the development of event timelines, operational plans, checklists, and execution schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and external service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services, materials, and event-related requirements
  • Manage the inventory, organization, and replenishment of event materials, branded merchandise, giveaways, and CSR resources
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation, installation, and distribution of event merchandise, branding elements, and promotional materials for internal and external initiatives
  • Ensure that all event equipment, materials, and branded assets are properly maintained, stored, and readily available when required
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications related to events, CSR activities, and company culture
  • Provide administrative and operational support before, during, and after events, including post-event evaluations and reporting
  • Assist in monitoring event budgets, processing invoices, and tracking event-related expenses where required

Main requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Corporate Social Responsibility or a related fiend
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, in an internal event department or at an event agency
  • Proven experience in sourcing, organizing, and executing a wide range of different events (corporate events, in-office events, parties, physical workshops, teambuilding activities etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside of the box and come up with innovative ideas
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle circumstances and unexpected developments with existing back-up plans
  • Strong and confident personality
  • Fluency in English
