- Drive cross-functional impact: partner with Sales, Product, Communications, and Wholesale Digital to connect event moments to storytelling, content, and commercial follow-through.
- Strategy & Execution: operationalize pre/during/post-event engagement-briefs, talk tracks, 1:1 meeting programming, lead capture, and post-event insights-to-action.
- Team leadership: coach a high-trust, inclusive team (anticipated ~3 direct reports) and manage agencies/vendors to high standards, clear SLAs, and budget discipline.
- Collaborate across the enterprise to ensure alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and risk frameworks while maintaining speed and creativity.
