The Events Coordinator, Project Management will be part of Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Head Office in Milan.
Demonstrating strong project management abilities, the candidate will lead the end-to-end execution of all client activations and events as the primary point of reference.
Main responsibilities:
- Guide the development and execution of new and creative ideas to animate stores in market (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs
- Act as project manager during all phases of events, from ideation and presentation to on-site execution.
- Work closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach
- Collaborate with Client Experience Tean in the execution of in-store and virtual client activations and experiences while partnering with key stake holders
- Work with production companies, agencies and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy
- Liaise key store contacts to ensure smooth-running of all event elements
- Lead the coordination of the event logistics (invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel)
- Develop communications to Retail Team
- Source out new and different vendors with a high taste level appropriate to the Tiffany aesthetic
- Maintain relationships with vendor to secure quotes, day to day communication, walkthroughs, onsite production, and execution
- Manage agendas, recaps and calendars for all events
- Proactively analyse budget and collaborate with Finance team to ensure clear reporting activities
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Marketing and Events
- 5+ years of experience in Retail or Hospitality Event area
- Previous experience as Project Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong analytical skills and passions for elaborating reports
- Problem solving and proactive attitude
- Fluent in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position starts from 34.000€. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Tiffany's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNLTerziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) applicable to the role and applied by Tiffany & Co. in Italy.
