Iron Mountain is seeking an organised, collaborative Events Coordinator - Executive Events to join our Global Events team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of executive off-sites and internal kick-offs, translating strategic business objectives into seamless, memorable experiences. By managing event logistics with high autonomy and precise detail, your work will directly elevate Iron Mountain’s executive engagement and strengthen our brand connection across global teams.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary project lead for assigned executive and business unit events, managing timelines and run-of-shows for up to 10 meetings annually.
- Lead full-lifecycle event logistics, including venue sourcing, hotel accommodations, space planning, catering, AV requirements, and ground transportation.
- Sourcing and managing vendor relationships while tracking itemized event budgets, processing purchase orders, and handling financial reconciliations.
- Support event communications and site builds using standard platforms like Google Sites, alongside drafting executive communications.
- Travel globally to manage on-site execution, direct third-party vendors, and provide high-touch concierge support for leadership.

- Several years of experience in corporate event coordination, hospitality, or project management, with a track record of handling executive off-sites or mid-sized meetings.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end event logistics, vendor contract processes, and budget reconciliation.
