Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure event resources and services
  • Support event registration processes and manage attendee communications
  • Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, signage, and promotional items
  • Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and accounted for

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Previous experience or internship in event planning or administration is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus
