Job Description

As an Events Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of a variety of corporate, promotional, and community events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure every project is organized, efficient, and delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and timelines.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and event partners.
  • Support event setup, on-site operations, and post-event activities.
  • Track project progress and maintain event documentation.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and event resources.
  • Help manage guest registrations and attendee communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Monitor event budgets and assist with administrative tasks.
