Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and setup of events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
Support the events team in administrative tasks, scheduling, and vendor communication
Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
Help manage on-site operations and ensure client expectations are met
Work closely with internal teams to ensure event objectives align with brand standards
Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and post-event evaluations
