We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and setup of events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly

  • Support the events team in administrative tasks, scheduling, and vendor communication

  • Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies

  • Help manage on-site operations and ensure client expectations are met

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure event objectives align with brand standards

  • Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and post-event evaluations
