This role plays a key part in assisting the events team, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, and follow-up.

  • Prepare event materials, documentation, and organizational tools.

  • Help monitor timelines, budgets, and event requirements.
