Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring every event is delivered with excellence.

The successful candidate will assist with event logistics, attendee coordination, venue preparation, and administrative support while helping create memorable experiences for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events from concept through completion.
  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and operational preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Help manage event materials, supplies, and inventory.
  • Provide on-site support during events and assist with attendee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and reports.
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and post-event activities.
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for clients, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Support administrative tasks related to event planning and coordination.
