Job Description

As an Events Assistant, you will support the coordination, preparation, and execution of company events and customer-facing activities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and contributing to a team environment. You will work closely with team members to ensure events are prepared efficiently and delivered professionally.

The role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, communication, and operational support while providing opportunities for professional development within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of events.
  • Support event setup, preparation, and on-site operations.
  • Welcome and engage with guests, customers, and event participants.
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to general questions.
  • Assist with event materials, equipment, and promotional displays.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Help maintain organized event schedules and operational checklists.
  • Support registration, guest management, and event-related activities.
  • Identify and help resolve operational issues during events.
  • Represent IGL4US professionally during all company activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and event briefings.
  • Assist with additional event and business support tasks as needed.
