Job Description

The Events Assistant will work closely with the events and operations team to help coordinate successful events from preparation through completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to engaging in-person experiences.

You will play an important role in ensuring event activities run smoothly while supporting logistics, communication, guest coordination, and overall event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and promotional activities.
  • Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
  • Coordinate event materials, supplies, schedules, and logistical requirements.
  • Welcome and assist guests, attendees, and business partners during events.
  • Communicate with internal team members to ensure event objectives and timelines are met.
  • Help maintain an organized and professional environment throughout each event.
  • Provide on-site operational support and assist with resolving unexpected needs.
  • Maintain accurate event information, schedules, and internal documentation.
  • Contribute ideas to improve event organization and attendee experience.
  • Support additional projects and operational activities as needed.
