Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our Washington, DC team.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while working closely with team members to ensure every project runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to build valuable skills in event coordination, communication, organization, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with both colleagues and event attendees.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities.
  • Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
  • Welcome and engage with guests, customers, and event participants in a professional manner.
  • Help coordinate schedules, materials, supplies, and event logistics.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure event objectives and timelines are met.
  • Provide on-site assistance and help resolve unexpected issues efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records, event materials, and relevant documentation.
  • Communicate event updates and important information to the appropriate team members.
  • Represent Swift 7 Consultants professionally during events and company activities.
  • Participate in post-event organization and team evaluations.
