Position Purpose:

This role will provide dedicated support for departmental events and community engagement, while expanding our capacity to meet growing communication and content creation needs.

Essential Duties:

  • Execute event planning, logistics, and event-related communications
  • Create and publish member and community communications across multiple platforms
  • Resource library and community content publishing
  • Support community engagement initiatives and contributor relationships
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Execute content distribution across members, community, and social media channels
  • Member engagement communications support
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Content management and publishing experience
  • Community engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Desired skills: proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools for graphic design, video editing, and writing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
 

Requirements:

  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
  • A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred
  • Must pass all required checks

Experience:

  • Compensation is commensurate with experience
