Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of on-ground brand activations, events, sponsorship activities, and offline marketing initiatives. This role ensures high-quality execution, cost efficiency, and full compliance with brand and corporate identity (CI) guidelines across all offline touchpoints. This position plays a critical hands-on role in bringing brand experiences to life while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
ResponsibilitiesEvents & Activations Execution
- Plan and execute approved events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Oversee on-site setup, materials, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Support launch events, exhibitions, and brand presence activities.
Brand & CI Compliance
- Ensure all offline activities and materials comply with brand and CI guidelines.
- Conduct on-ground checks and report any deviations for correction.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Follow up on quotations, costs, and execution within approved budgets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Brand Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Facilities for execution needs.
- Ensure alignment between approved plans and on-ground implementation.
Reporting & Follow-Up
- Provide basic execution updates and post-activity summaries.
- Escalate issues, delays, or risks to the direct manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in events management, activations, sponsorships, or offline marketing.
- Previous experience in tax accounting or tax compliance is preferred.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of brand guidelines and corporate identity compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
