Main Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution 
  
  • Align the project scope, plan, and objectives with the team according to the client’s requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary resources are allocated efficiently to meet project objectives.
  • Assist in developing budgets, proposals, and ideas based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution process.
  • Creating comprehensive events Presentation + presented to the Clients 
    
  Client and Stakeholder Management 
  
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress, adjustments, and key milestones.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Share quotations, secure approvals and PO’s, issue invoices and ensure collection is made.
    
  Collaboration and Teamwork 
  
  • Work closely with internal teams “Creative & Ops.”and stakeholders to ensure the success of each project or event.
  • Foster strong working relationships to streamline communication and coordination.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in, business, Marketing or a related field
• 2-4 years of project management and events management
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline 
• Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
