RESPONSIBILITIES
- Detail confirmed events, including timelines, internal notes, and signage requirements
- Build custom floor plans and manage guest layouts in coordination with Sales and Operations
- Create, manage, and print event signage and leaderboards
- Prepare and distribute CC authorization forms, waivers, and related documentation
- Create and maintain event entries in our internal guest portal and Tripleseat Software (TS)
- Ensure timely, accurate BEO creation, auditing, and distribution
- Coordinate handoffs with Operations leadership (Event AOR Manager, AGM)
- Maintain and update master event trackers and calendars
- Close out events in Tripleseat and reconcile receipts with Toast
- Assist in training Event Captains on administrative processes
- Audit referral sources and track referral check-ins for client retention initiatives
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with event management or POS platforms (Tripleseat, Toast, Canva experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within a scaling organization
OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, events, or hospitality roles

Level99 opened its first location in 2021 in Natick, MA, followed by its second location in Providence, RI in 2024.
