Salary Range: $113,000 – 121,000/annually

What You’ll Do
- Plan the logistics and execution of national tradeshows and regional hospital conferences.
- Identify and secure resources for assigned events including venue, accommodations, registration, AV & catering. Manage event budgets, negotiate/process contracts obtaining legal and finance approvals, and keep detailed tracking of spending to balance against allocated resources.
- Own end-to-end planning and project management for each event, including timelines and detailed project plans in Asana platform.
- Update and maintain the company’s 12-month event calendar and oversee event communications to internal and external event attendees, including the management of event landing pages, event communications, registrations, as well as post-event tracking in Salesforce.com.
- Collect and analyze event operations results/feedback and create actionable items to implement recommendations for improving processes and outcomes.
- Provide support for sales leadership in the preparation of regional sales meetings when support is requested from sales leadership.
- Support Marketing Communications Leader on National Sales Meeting execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in successful management of small- and large-scale events that drive business results; or equivalent combination of education/training and work experience.
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or related industry certification a plus.
- Experience within a corporate environment, preferably medical devices or similar industry.
- Deep passion for event management, bringing positivity, enthusiasm, and creativity to the job.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Very strong project management skills, detailed oriented, and deadline driven.
Salary Range: $113,000 – 121,000/annually
