Our Marketing team is dedicated to building strategy and plans to increase brand awareness.

With over forty eight team members, the Marketing team needs to keep growing to satisfy demanding customers. 

ROLE: 

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Event and Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will be involved in supporting our events and digital marketing programs. 

You will be responsible for assisting with the planning of our participation at third party events and our own hosted event, Ivalua NOW, to drive the sales pipeline for the Americas region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

  • Lead and manage the Ivalua NOW Marketing & Promotion Campaign for the Americas Region, including email marketing, social media promotion, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and management of the Ivalua NOW website.
  • Take ownership of select marketing responsibilities for third-party events, including sponsorship promotion through email and social media channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Campaign & Field Marketing Managers and Product Marketing Team to identify the most effective assets for each event, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize event ROI through digital marketing, including pre-event promotions, engaging content during the event, and post-event follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing event collateral, including landing pages, banners, email templates, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with the content and product marketing team to develop and optimize event-specific content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to drive attendee engagement and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the CFM’s and sales teams to identify target accounts and create personalized event marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website event calendar, ensuring accuracy and relevance of event information.
  • Manage the monthly internal event newsletter, ensuring timely and engaging content is delivered to the target audience.
  • Manage post-event communication, including follow-up emails, surveys, and feedback collection.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  •      Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or another business related field
  •       Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital marketing (other related marketing roles a plus)
  •       Experience in virtual event platforms a plus (Bizzabo, BigMarker, Cvent, Vfairs, Webex)
  •       Hands-on experience in marketing automation tool, Hubspot (Eloqua/Marketo, and DemandBase a plus)

Soft Skills :

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrates great attention to details (data management, naming conventions, project documentation)
  • Execution-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities 
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively
  • Adaptability: Successfully navigating in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Quickly adjust to changes in project scope, timelines, and priorities. Maintain a positive attitude and encourage flexibility within the team
  • Up to 10% US-based travel may be required
