Event Coordinator

At American Reflections Bath and Spa dba Bath Planet Missouri, we're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Event Coordinator who thrives on taking initiative, independently seeking out opportunities, and owning the event process from concept to completion.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who doesn't wait for direction-you generate ideas, identify opportunities, and make things happen. You'll be responsible for developing and executing events that align with company goals, elevate brand visibility, and build community. From strategic planning to flawless execution, you're the driver behind every successful event.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pitch new event opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Plan and execute a wide range of events (e.g., workshops, community engagements, networking events, product launches)
• Develop creative event concepts and strategies to boost attendance, engagement, and ROI
• Source venues, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage logistics independently
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
• Create and manage event marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team
• Own event budgets, reporting, and post-event evaluations
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of event planning, community building, or business development experience
• Proven ability to work independently and generate event ideas from scratch
• Entrepreneurial mindset-you're resourceful, driven, and results-oriented
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience with CRM, project management, or event tools is a plus
• Availability for occasional evenings/weekends based on event needs
