- Evening Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, with an on-call rotation every 5th weekend.

What You'll Do:
- Manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and supervise evening shift staff
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations
- Respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, and ensure proper documentation
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and attend clinical meetings
- Serve as a resource for staff during the shift
What You'll Need:
- Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida (required)
- Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program (required)
- One to three years of experience in SNF (required)
- Management/supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team (preferred)
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test

Skills Required
- Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
