Evaporator Operator

You Will:

• Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. 
• Perform required quality testing using associated equipment, (FOSS, CEM) record results and adjust equipment.
• Start equipment including opening valves, starting pumps, setting steam regulators
• Monitor temperature, time and product flow, and record information
• Manage CIP piping, disconnect and clean pumps and lines.
• Pass milk pasteurization and better process control school as required.
• Participate in the CPS process to include, SRC’s, 5-S, CAPD, and other activities.
• Responsible for Food Safety & Quality Regular, reliable attendance is necessary
• Follow direction set by Crew Coordinators Other responsibilities as assigned
