We are looking for a talented individual...

to join our team as an EV Program Manager! The Program Manager will lead all phases from inception to completion of energy transition programs. You will be the client’s primary point of contact and direct the work of employees assigned to projects and programs from technical, marketing, operations, analytics and administrative teams. This role will provide substantial opportunity to shape program strategy. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities to add value for our clients and ultimately to accelerate the market transition to advanced energy technologies.


Successful candidates will reside in Indianapolis, Indiana or Indiana.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… 

  • Manage one or more client contracts

  • Execute scopes of work for compliance and client satisfaction

  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) typically consisting of 3-5 people

  • Forecast and monitor financials, as well as key performance indicators

  • Programs may have significant complexity and risk (new client, new product, etc.)

  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction and financial performance

  • Identify and define new opportunities through knowledge of the market and understanding of client needs

  • May create technical content & intellectual property

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of project or operations management

  • 2+ years people management

  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and related technologies

  • A track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree

Target Compensation

$105,000/ Annually

Compensation Range

$90,900.00 - $136,300.00
