Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
- Communicate repair updates to customers
- Diagnosis
- Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
- Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System
- Perform and inspect vehicle repairs based on customer requirements
- System Handling
- Track customer complaints and update the system in real-time
- Operate Workshop Management System and ensure adherence
- Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
- Check scooter health for deep diagnosis in Telematics Command Centre
- Technical Repairs
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of OLA Scooter
- Perform repair and replacement of scooter parts
- Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
- Process and Operational
- Adhere to processes at the Experience Centre
- Manage invoicing and payment collections
- Ensure service bays are well-maintained
- Parts Operation
- Audit inventory and maintain accuracy between system and physical inventory
- Perform GRN and manage inventory at the Experience Centre
- Handle warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
- Safety and Compliance
- Wear uniform and protective gear during scooter repairs
- Properly handle tool kits and use protective gear
- Ensure availability of fire-fighting equipment
Requirements
Requirements:
- Only male candidates
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation
- Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector
Benefits
Salary: ₹19000-23000 CTC per month including PF+ ESIC +Incentive
