Job Description:

Your Impact in This Role:

As part of the Finance team you will be working in close contact with Europe EVPs, sub-regional European Finance Directors, and Group Controlling teams. You will report directly to the Europe Finance VP, collaborating in the analysis of European performance, definition and follow up of the action plans and implementation of Global projects in European scope.

In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a right hand for Europe Finance VP

  • Development of a solid understanding of European business performance

  • Steering preparation of Europe long term plan

  • Translating Group planning and delivery requirements into European organization (processes planning, coordinating specific European deliverables)

  • Analysis and challenge of European actuals, budgets and forecasts - in connection with regional finance directors

  • Preparation of monthly business reviews with regional financial directors for the destination of EVP Europe and VP Finance Europe

  • Benchmarking of regional financial performance, providing recommendations on action points and following up the results

  • Ad-hoc projects

What you bring to the table:

  • Master’s degree in Economics or related areas

  • 8-10 years experience in advisory services, consultancy or high standards corporate environment within an industrial/production environment.

  • Structured personality and way of working while strong influencing skills.

  • Ability to bring new ideas, as well as challenge people in the way they understand finance. 

  • Experience of financial analysis and capacity to summarize and present the information

  • Great aptitude for IT systems (Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills, ideally - knowledge of One Stream, Power BI, SAP4 Hana) Knowledge of Power BI reports building – preferred

  • Experience working in complex and changing environment Strong understanding of operations (or ability to gain it rapidly)

  • Good communication skills at different levels

  • English – fluent, plus any other language(s) a bonus
