About the Role

The EU Pricing Strategy Partner will support country teams to improve margin performance within the Endpoint Solution business. This role combines business acumen, pricing expertise, and technical capabilities to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive sustainable profitability improvements across multiple markets. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Pricing Excellence: Support implementation of pricing frameworks, including all trade margin components to ensure accurate margin management and prevent leakage. 

  • Margin Optimization: Analyze country-level performance, identify leakage points, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability. 

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage SAP and other tools to extract, validate, and interpret data for decision-making. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with country profit managers, finance, and commercial teams to align on goals and deliver results. 

  • Process Improvement: Standardize and optimize profit management processes across countries for scalability and efficiency. 

  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report on margin improvement initiatives. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).  

  • 3+ years in profit management, pricing, or financial consulting roles. 

  • Proven track record of delivering margin improvement projects in a multinational environment. 

  • Working knowledge of SAP (pricing, condition records, margin analysis). 

  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). 

  • Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, and P&L drivers. 

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a matrix organization. 

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures. 

  • Languages: English required; additional European languages are a plus. 

  • Availability to travel across European markets. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Preferred experience in IT distribution. 

  • Familiarity with margin analytics tools. 

  • Exposure to change management and capability building initiatives.
