You work in Mondelēz International Business Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute
When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered. Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelēz International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements. You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyze reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.

More about this role
What you need to know about this position:• Mainly responsible for creating and maintaining the Due Diligences Statements and ensure the compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).• File all relevant documents to SAP /other internal/external systems and amend when necessary• Perform formal checks to ensure compliance with policies• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. Global Procurement Policy• Ensure SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within scope• Ensure the fulfillment and update of the process documentation• Logging support queries accurately and in detail within Ticketing tool, i.e. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution.• Close interaction with GBS, Procurement and Internal stakeholders
What extra ingredients you will bring:• University degree, business-related• English - Proficiency (C2) required, other foreign language preferred• Experience in data processing or call center applications (preferably 1-2 years in SSC/Outsourcing environment, Procurement) is preferred, but not required• Excellent communication skills, pro-activity and ability to learn on the fly, as well as analytical thinking combined with being well organized• Good MS Office skills (Excel)• Experience in working with SAP (Preferred)

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 1550 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
