Job Title: EUC Ops Analyst
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
What you will do:
As an EUC Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting end-user computing operations, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with IT teams to address user issues, manage incidents, and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively.
- Assist in the deployment of new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system; maintain knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and streamline operations.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
What we look for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user computing support or related field.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
