Position: EUC Engineer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
What you will do:
The EUC Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-user computing solutions that enhance employee productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.
How you will do it:
- Design and deploy end-user computing solutions including desktops, laptops, and virtualization technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and implement new technologies that improve user experience.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of end-user systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and tools.
What we look for:
- 12+ years of experience in end-user computing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop applications, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
