Main tasks

Empower healthcare professionals

  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate on-site bedside demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service instructions on EIT, TCM, IPV, and other Sentec products for clinicians and caregivers.
  • Serve as an expert resource for healthcare providers, offering real-time troubleshooting and guidance during the initial and ongoing adoption of EIT and IPV technologies.

Commercial launch and market expansion

  • Support commercial activities related to the EIT, TCM and IPV product lines, working alongside the EU Sales teams.

Build connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prominent clinicians, researchers, and decision-makers in the respiratory and intensive care fields.
  • Present peer-reviewed publications, best practice guidelines, and clinical evidence to solidify Sentec's reputation as a trusted innovator.

Internal training and knowledge transfer

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training modules for Sentec's internal team (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support), ensuring a deep understanding of product features, clinical benefits, and commercial positioning.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring to new team members on respiratory physiology, mechanical ventilation, and the clinical workflows needed to integrate EIT, TCM and IPV in diverse hospital settings.

Product development and feedback

  • Collaborate with Sentec's R&D departments to improve and refine products based on clinical experience, user feedback, and emerging scientific evidence.
  • Act as the liaison between clinical end users and engineering teams, prioritizing feature enhancements and validating new developments.

Stand out at scientific events

  • Represent Sentec at conferences, congresses, and industry workshops, showcasing EIT's , TCM's and IPV's unique benefits to the European medical community.
  • Conduct presentations and expert panels highlighting the latest advances in EIT- and TCM-based monitoring and IPV therapy.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, Respiratory Therapy, or a closely related field (e.g. ICU nursing with ventilation experience).
  • Advanced certification or specialization in respiratory care would be an asset.

Experience

  • Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in adult, pediatric or neonatal ICU or critical care environments with direct responsibility for managing mechanical ventilation and complex respiratory cases.
  • Experience with Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT), whether acquired through bedside clinical use, hands-on implementation, research, training, or product management, is desired.

Teaching and training expertise

  • Prior experience designing and delivering clinical trainings or workshops.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner to diverse audiences.

Other knowledge & skills

  • Strong command of English both spoken and written.
  • Strong command of German both spoken and written is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Europe.
