The Opportunity:
Establish and scale Booz Allen’s European resilience capability as an extension of the successful U.S.-based Commercial Enterprise Resilience practice. Support Fortune 500 companies and large European organizations in protecting critical infrastructure, sustaining essential services, and recovering operations amid all-hazards threats such as cyberattacks, technology outages, geopolitical disruptions, supply chain instability, and more. Deliver enterprise resilience transformation programs for European clients, implementing resilient operating models, secure recovery architectures, and capabilities aligned with European regulations like DORA, NIS2, CER Directive, ISO 22301, and sector-specific guidance. Expand Booz Allen’s Commercial Enterprise Resilience Practice into Europe, the UK, and beyond, growing a portfolio of clients and market, shape, and deliver resilience services across the region. Collaborate with global and regional leaders to adapt proven methodologies and assets to local market needs, regulatory expectations, and cross-border environments. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience leading or advising on enterprise technology, resilience, cybersecurity, infrastructure, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, or crisis management disciplines for large, complex European or global organizations
- Experience with advising executive stakeholders and leading senior-level advising or delivery engagements across business, technology, cybersecurity, risk, and operations teams, including building consensus, shaping decisions, and driving action across complex organizations
- Experience with implementing enterprise resilience, cyber recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, or operational resilience capabilities across large-scale hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Experience in assessing resilience programs, identifying gaps in current capabilities, and developing practical improvement roadmaps that help clients harden infrastructure, improve alignment to NIST CSF categories, strengthen recovery and continuity strategies, test response capabilities, and mature program governance over time
- Experience in a consulting or corporate advisory role, including with a top-tier consulting company, specialized cybersecurity or resilience consultancy, systems integrator, or internal enterprise function responsible for resilience, cybersecurity, technology risk, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, or operational resilience
