You will:
- Support the coordination and administrative management of ongoing EU-funded projects, including the preparation of Grant Agreements
- Contribute to project monitoring by organising reviews and supporting expert contracting and payment processes
- Maintain and update project information on the internal operations intranet
- Draft and update internal project management procedures and guidelines
- Prepare and support presentations, briefings, and materials for project meetings, info days, and public or internal events
- Support programme reporting and policy feedback activities across Digital Europe and Horizon Europe
- Extract, consolidate, and analyse project data from internal IT tools, including dashboards, tracking sheets, and performance indicators
- Act as a point of contact for routine project-related queries and support internal meeting organisation, including note-taking when required
Requirements:
- University degree of at least 3 years of study
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management, data analysis, EU administration, or public-sector procedures
- Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to follow established procedures
Benefits:
