Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial administration of EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant regulations;
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans;
- Prepare accurate financial and supporting documentation (invoices, salary slips, time records, depreciation schedules, procurement documents etc.) in line with funding guidelines;
- Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of payment requests to funding agencies;
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and funding agencies, addressing project-related queries and issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
- 1-2 years of professional experience in EU-funded project administration and implementation;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- High attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility;
- Knowledge of accounting or clerical procedures would be considered an advantage.
