Responsibilities:
- Prepare and write EU funding applications;
- Analyse and understand different calls for proposals and their requirements;
- Gather, analyse and understand information from clients about their innovative solutions;
- Conduct comprehensive desktop research related to clients’ solutions, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and industry trend identification;
- Develop persuasive, coherent, and well-structured project proposals, business plans, feasibility studies, and commercialisation strategies, highlighting project’s innovation, impact, and strategic alignment with funding objectives;
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and well-organized project budgets along with all accompanying application documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in Romanian and English language;
- Excellent writing skills: business plans, scientific texts, articles, etc.;
- Excellent verbal communication skills: client calls, workshops, etc.;
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Curiosity and genuine interest in innovative technologies and advancements;
- High attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility;
- Experience working with EU funding application writing would be an advantage;
- Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
