Tu recherches une première expérience dans le domaine administratif? On te reconnait pour ta rigueur, ta capacité d’adaptation et ta grande autonomie? Le département des rentes collectives d’iA Groupe financier recherche un(e) étudiant(e), technicien(ne) en retraite pour se joindre à son équipe.

Responsabilités

• Saisir de l’information dans différentes plateformes informatiques et participer au maintien de l’information contenue dans les bases de données ;

• Effectuer diverses transactions nécessaires à l’administration des rentes et des prestations de retraite;

• Participer à la recherche de participants introuvables ;

• Participer aux exercices de vérification d’information de rentiers ;

• Effectuer le classement et la numérisation de dossiers ;

• Participer activement à l’amélioration de nos façons de faire et à leur documentation.

Profil recherché

• Études collégiales ou universitaires en cours

• Être disponible temps plein durant l'été (35heures/semaine)

• Soucis sur détail et grande autonomie

• Une aisance à travailler avec plusieurs outils technologiques (ex. Outlook, Teams, Excel et Word)
