Sous la supervision du/de la directeur(trice)-adjoint(e), le ou la préposé(e) effectue différentes tâches administratives en soutien à nos équipes de l’administration des contrats pour l’assurance individuelle.
Plus spécifiquement:
-
Effectue le soutien aux opérations critiques nécessitant une présence physique au bureau (numérisation différents rapports, manipulation du courrier, impressions de lettres et de contrats, tri de documentation, préparer la poste quotidienne, etc.);
-
Modifier les adresses au dossier client et traiter les retours de poste afin d’en assurer la conformité face aux normes de Postes Canada;
-
Imprimer les feuilles de travail (code barre) pour la numérisation;
-
Créer des tâches administratives pour le traitement des retours des chèques;
-
Expédier les différentes lettres à nos partenaires;
-
Préparer les étiquettes pour la mise en enveloppe;

Transmettre aux équipes internes les nouveaux numéros de contrats à utiliser;
-
Supporter ses collègues qui sont en charge de l’administration des contrats d’assurance accident (ACCI).

Un sens de l’organisation;

Une gestion des priorités pour respecter les délais;

Facilité à gérer un volume important de dossiers;

Sens du détail et de l’efficacité;

Travail d’équipe;

Facilité de communication.
Profil recherché :
-
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou baccalauréat en administration, en cours;

Aisance générale avec les outils informatiques;
-
Expérience en travail administratif, un atout;
-
Connaissance des logiciels Excel, Word et Outlook;
-
Capacité à se déplacer au bureau environ 1 à 2 fois par semaine.
