Venez prêter main forte à une équipe dynamique et multidisciplinaire! Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et cherchez un emploi étudiant flexible? Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) étudiant(e) pour épauler les équipes Communications et Marketing (Assurance et épargne collectives).

Dans le cadre de votre rôle, vos principales fonctions seront :

• Mettre à jour des documents variés (brochures, guides, etc.) et formulaires;
• Préparer et diffuser des communications;
• Concevoir des documents administratifs et des formulaires.

Profil recherché:

• Étudiant préférablement en début de baccalauréat;
• Connaissance de l’environnement Windows et de la suite Office;
• Niveau de connaissance intermédiaire de la langue anglaise puisque la personne sera amenée à répondre à prendre en charge différents documents et mettre à jour des formulaires uniquement anglophones sur une base journalière ;
• Autonome, minutieux, orienté vers le client et aisance à travailler en équipe;
• Horaire : entre 1 à 3 jours de travail par semaine (7 à 21 heures) pendant les sessions académiques et entre 4 et 5 jours (28 à 35 heures) par semaine au cours de l’été 2025.
