In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Develop, test, and maintain robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses
- Analyze and optimize ETL workflows to improve performance and efficiency
- Implement best practices for data integration and transformation to ensure high-quality data delivery
- Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and maintain ETL systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and data flows
- Understanding how HR data is built and used in a global company
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 4+ years of experience as a ETL Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the ETL process
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Good English communication skills and build strong relationships within People Team and cross-functionally are required
- Excellent critical and problem-solving skills
It’s Great If You Have
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Experience in designing and implementing real-time data processing
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to manage ETL projects effectively
- A global perspective and experience working with diverse culture
- Consultant experience
