ETF Basket Creation, Senior Associate

The Senior Associate will oversee the ETF Basket Operations team and deliver high-quality services to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and ETF servicing, including basket creation and in-kind trade generation.

• Team Oversight & Client Service
  • Oversee the basket operations team and collaborate with associates to manage a client book.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of ETF-related activities.
• Basket Creation & Trade Processing
  • Responsible for ETF basket creation, in-kind trade generation, and file dissemination.
  • Validate basket components and ensure compliance with operational controls.
• Platform Expertise
  • Utilize ETF Global Platform (ETFGP) and Fund Connect for basket creation and trade execution.
  • Maintain proficiency in systems and tools critical to ETF servicing.
• Process & Control Enhancement
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the servicing model.
  • Ensure robust understanding and application of process and control frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds and ETF servicing processes.
• Hands-on experience with ETF basket creation and in-kind trade generation.
• Proficiency in ETF Global Platform and Fund Connect.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
