Entrusted is hiring an Estimating Specialist to write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using industry software. You'll work closely with Mitigation Leads, Pre-Construction Consultants, and Project Support Leads to turn field documentation into accurate, profitable estimates, keeping every job moving toward resolution for our clients. Prior experience in estimating is not a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
- Write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates efficiently using industry estimating software
- Operate Xactimate and Symbility to interpret documentation and produce accurate invoices and estimates
- Compile and organize all documentation required for each loss, including photos, invoices, checklists, and reports
- Follow partnership-specific invoicing terms and conditions
- Support the denial and insurance negotiation process as needed
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings and provide updates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mitigation and rebuild processes
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high-volume computer work

- Valid driver's license with an approved driving record
- General administrative or construction experience preferred, not required
