Offit Kurman, a growing full-service Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney for our Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team serving high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, families, and business owners.

Responsibilities:

Advise HNW clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning.
Design and implement advanced planning strategies, including GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, and other sophisticated structures.
Oversee complex estate and trust administration.
Counsel on business succession planning, philanthropic planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

Admission to practice in California is required
10+ years of trusts & estates experience with a strong focus on advanced planning for HNW clients.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
