Por que fazer parte da ASP?
O que você fará?
- Realizar atendimento ao cliente via telefone, 0800, e-mail e Salesforce, auxiliando no esclarecimento de dúvidas e acompanhamento de pedidos.
- Administrar pedidos da sua carteira, garantindo execução e atualização das informações.
- Controlar e encaminhar recusas e devoluções, atuando junto à transportadora, clientes e time comercial.
- Elaborar relatórios de pedidos para clientes estratégicos.
- Apoiar o tratamento de entregas emergenciais com transportadora e armazém.
- Identificar situações que possam impactar o SLA e antecipar ações junto às equipes responsáveis, mantendo o cliente informado.
- Executar outras atividades relacionadas à área, conforme necessidade.
O que você traz?
- Estar cursando ensino superior em qualquer área, a partir do 3° semestre.
- Disponibilidade para estagiar 30h semanais em modelo híbrido, com idas ao escritório em Barueri conforme necessidade.
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Proatividade e disposição para aprender.
- Interesse em áreas como atendimento, operações, logística ou experiência do cliente.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento ou CRM (como Salesforce).
